Arlo began with a simple belief: becoming your best self shouldn’t be a journey you take alone.

Founded by University of Houston student Jose Salinas, Arlo started as a small coffee pop-up with a vision that extended far beyond the cup. We saw coffee as more than a beverage—it was a reason for people to gather, connect, and build meaningful relationships.

What began on a college campus quickly grew into something larger. Through coffee, matcha, run clubs, and community events, Arlo became a gathering place for ambitious students, creatives, entrepreneurs, and young professionals pursuing growth in every area of life.

The vision remains simple.

Create spaces where people can connect, pursue their potential, and become the best version of themselves.

Everything else is just how we serve it.

Through the Arlo Running Club, we bring together ambitious students, young professionals, creatives, and founders who believe growth is better pursued in community. What starts as a Saturday run often becomes new friendships, business ideas, accountability, and a shared commitment to becoming the best version of ourselves.

Because Arlo was never just about coffee. It’s about creating spaces where driven people can connect, grow, and build a life they’re proud of.
