Arlo’s Coffee Shop was born from the rich traditions of Mexico, where our founder Jose Salinas grew up surrounded by the comforting aroma of café de olla, lovingly brewed by his grandparents with cinnamon and piloncillo. Those early experiences ignited a lifelong passion for coffee, connection, and community. Now, as a dietetics student, Jose has blended that warmth and tradition into Arlo’s, where every cup is crafted with a focus on health and wellness.
